International Shipping Warning
Any order shipping outside of the United States can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive on average. Sometimes longer based on your local postal system. Some countries like Brazil and Argentina have issues with packages being shipped into the country and we can not guarantee delivery. Order at your own risk and refunds will not be issued unless package is returned to us.

We ship all of our items using USPS or UPS.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
What's in my order and where is it being sent to?
You are emailed an order confirmation shortly after you submit your order. Please review the information contained in it immediately. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to addresses or fulfillment of orders that have been inaccurately filled out. Check your spam folder if you have not received your order confirmation within 15 minutes.
How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
In stock items will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock it generally takes no more than 15 business days to fulfill. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for fulfill.
My order has shipped out. How long will it take to get to me?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Orders with a destination in the USA will take anywhere from 2-4 days. International orders can take anywhere from 2-14 weeks depending on the destination country.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom goods, including all jerseys, team sweatshirts, dryfit, and all other sublimated items cannot be returned or exchanged. When making a custom purchase, please be mindful of the order details and size charts because all sales are final for those items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number. Please contact our customer service department via email: Contact@MetaThreads.com. Our team will be happy to assist and provide you details on whether an order is eligible for a return/exchange. If so, they will provide instruction on how to return/exchange an item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
